奥美拉唑与埃索美拉唑应用于胃溃疡治疗中的临床有效性研究

Clinical efficacy of omeprazole and esomeprazole in the treatment of gastric ulcer

目的探讨在胃溃疡临床治疗中应用奥美拉唑与埃索美拉唑的有效性。方法94例胃溃疡患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各47例。两组均予以基础治疗,对照组加用奥美拉唑进行治疗,观察组加用埃索美拉唑进行治疗。对比两组疗效、炎性因子水平、不良反应发生率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.74%,高于对照组的78.72%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组C反应蛋白(CRP)为(2.36±0.64)mg/L,肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)为(3.19±0.65)μg/L,白细胞介素-8为(IL-8)为(17.65±8.12)ng/ml,均低于对照组的(5.32±0.54)mg/L、(4.86±0.87)μg/L、(45.22±10.08)ng/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率4.26%低于对照组的17.02%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相比于奥美拉唑,埃索美拉唑对胃溃疡的治疗有效性更高,能够显著改善患者的炎性因子水平,不良反应更少,安全性更高。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of omeprazole and esomeprazole in the treatment of gastric ulcer.Methods 94 patients with gastric ulcer were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 47 patients in each group.Both groups received basic treatment.The control group was additionally treated with omeprazole,and the observation group was additionally treated with esomeprazole.The clinical efficacy,level of inflammatory factors and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between these two groups.Results The observation group had an overall clinical efficacy of 95.74%,which was higher than 78.72%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had C-reactive protein(CRP)of(2.36±0.64)mg/L,tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α)of(3.19±0.65)μg/L,level of interleukin-8(IL-8)of(17.65±8.12)ng/ml,which were lower than(5.32±0.54)mg/L,(4.86±0.87)μg/L,(45.22±10.08)ng/ml of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.26%,which was lower than 17.02%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with omeprazole,esomeprazole has a higher clinical efficacy in the treatment of gastric ulcer,and significantly lowers the levels of inflammatory factors in patients with fewer adverse reactions and higher safety.
