分析奥曲肽与奥美拉唑联合治疗消化道出血的临床疗效

Analysis of clinical efficacy of octreotide combined with omeprazole in the treatment of gastrointestinal hemorrhage

目的分析消化道出血患者使用奥曲肽与奥美拉唑联合治疗的临床疗效。方法80例消化道出血患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,各40例。对照组采用奥美拉唑治疗,观察组采用奥美拉唑联合奥曲肽治疗。对比两组临床治疗效果、止血时间、住院时间及48 h再出血率。结果观察组治疗总有效率97.50%高于对照组的85.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者止血时间(18.74±2.02)h、住院时间(5.42±0.99)d短于对照组的(25.81±2.88)h、(7.22±1.24)d,48 h再出血率0低于对照组的10.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论上消化道出血患者以奥美拉唑联合奥曲肽治疗,可发挥较好的联合止血效果,还可有效预防再出血,临床应用价值高。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of octreotide combined with omeprazole in the treatment of gastrointestinal hemorrhage.Methods A total of 80 patients with gastrointestinal hemorrhage were divided into control group and observation group according to random numerical table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with omeprazole,and the observation group was treated with octreotide and omeprazole.The clinical effect,hemostasis time,hospitalization time,rehemorrhage rate within 48 h were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 97.50%of the observation group was higher than 85.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hemostasis time(18.74±2.02)h and hospitalization time(5.42±0.99)d of the observation group were shorter than(25.81±2.88)h and(7.22±1.24)d of the control group,and rehemorrhage rate within 48 h 0 was lower than 10.00%of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment of omeprazole and octreotide in patients with upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage can exert a good combined hemostasis effect and effectively prevent rehemorrhage,which has high clinical application value.
