内镜下止血夹治疗消化性溃疡出血患者的效果及复发率分析

Analysis of the effect and recurrence rate of endoscopic hemostatic clip in the treatment of patients with peptic ulcer bleeding

目的分析在消化性溃疡出血患者治疗期间应用内镜下止血夹治疗的临床效果及出血复发率。方法88例消化性溃疡出血患者,依照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组44例。对照组患者选择埃索美拉唑进行治疗,观察组患者应用内镜下止血夹联合埃索美拉唑治疗。对比两组患者临床治疗效果、临床治疗指标、不良反应发生率、出血复发率。结果观察组住院时间、止血时间短于对照组,输血量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床治疗总有效率97.73%明显高于对照组的84.09%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率2.27%、出血复发率2.27%均低于对照组的18.18%、13.64%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在消化性溃疡出血患者治疗中采用内镜下止血夹治疗具有显著效果,能够有效改善患者临床症状,安全性比较高,值得广泛推广和应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect and recurrence rate of endoscopic hemostatic clip in the treatment of patients with peptic ulcer bleeding.Methods A total of 88 patients with peptic ulcer bleeding were divided into control group and observation group according to random numerical table,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with esomeprazole,and the observation group was treated with endoscopic hemostatic clip and esomeprazole.The clinical effect,clinical treatment indicators,occurrence of adverse reactions,and bleeding recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The hospitalization time and hemostasis time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and the amount of blood transfusion was lower than that of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.73%,which was obviously higher than 84.09%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 2.27%and bleeding recurrence rate 2.27%of the observation group were lower than 18.18%and 13.64%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic hemostatic clips has a significant effect on patients with peptic ulcer bleeding,and it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and is relatively safe.It is worthy of widespread promotion and application.
