强力霉素联合复方甘草酸苷治疗玫瑰痤疮的疗效观察

Observation on the efficacy of doxycycline combined with compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of rosacea

目的探究强力霉素联合复方甘草酸苷治疗玫瑰痤疮的疗效。方法选择112例Ⅰ型及Ⅱ型玫瑰痤疮患者,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组56例。对照组采用强力霉素治疗,观察组采用强力霉素联合复方甘草酸苷治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者痊愈率、总有效率分别为25.00%、92.86%,均高于对照组的7.14%、69.64%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率稍低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在玫瑰痤疮治疗中联合应用强力霉素与复方甘草酸苷的疗效优于单纯使用强力霉素,同时用药后不良反应少,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the efficacy of doxycycline combined with compound glycyrrhizin in the treatment of rosacea.Methods 112 patients with the typeⅠand typeⅡrosacea were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 56 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were administrated with doxycycline;while patients in the observation group were administrated with doxycycline combined with compound glycyrrhizin.The clinical efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results The observation group had a recovery rate of 25.00%and a overall efficacy of 92.86%,which were higher than 7.14%,69.64%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was slightly lower than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with sole doxycycline,the combination of doxycycline and compound glycyrrhizin has a better efficacy in the treatment of rosacea,less adverse reactions,and high safety,so it is worth promoting and application.
