摘要
目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和突变型p53(mtp53)在胃癌组织中的表达及临床诊断价值。方法收集37份胃癌组织标本与30份正常胃组织,采用免疫组化链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶连结法(SP法)检测标本中的VEGF和mtp53表达情况,并比较VEGF和mtp53在胃癌不同临床病理特征中的表达情况。结果VEGF和mtp53在胃癌组织的表达阳性率分别为51.4%、59.5%,均高于正常组织的6.7%、13.3%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。VEGF在低分化胃癌中的表达阳性率高于中高分化胃癌,在有淋巴结转移中的表达阳性率高于无淋巴结转移,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。mtp53在胃癌浸润浆膜及以外中的表达阳性率高于胃癌浸润未及浆膜,在有淋巴结转移中的表达阳性率明显高于无淋巴结转移,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论VEGF和mtp53在胃癌组织呈过度表达,且与胃癌的临床病理特征有一定的相关性,对胃癌具有辅助诊断价值。
Objective To discuss the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and mutant p53(mtp53)in gastric cancer and its clinical diagnostic value.Methods 37 gastric cancer tissue specimens and 30 normal gastric tissues specimens were collected,and the streptavidin-peroxidase(SP)immunohistochemical method to detect the expression of VEGF and mtp53 in the specimens.The expression of VEGF and mtp53 in different clinicopathological characteristics of gastric cancer was compared.Results The positive rates of VEGF and mtp53 in gastric cancer tissues were 51.4%and 59.5%respectively,which were higher than 6.7%and 13.3%in normal tissues,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rate of VEGF expression in poorly differentiated gastric cancer was higher than that in moderately and well differentiated gastric cancer,and the positive rate of VEGF expression in lymph node metastasis was higher than that in non-lymph node metastasis,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rate of mtp53 expression in gastric cancer infiltrating serous membrane and beyond was higher than that in gastric cancer infiltrating serous membrane,and the positive rate of expression in lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that in non-lymph node metastasis,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion VEGF and mtp53 are overexpressed in gastric cancer tissues,and have certain correlation with the clinicopathological features of gastric cancer,which has auxiliary diagnostic value for gastric cancer.
