迁改建设项目环境影响评价分析

Analysis of Environmental Impact Assessment of Relocation and Reconstruction Project

针对某迁改项目,结合适用的评价标准,本文分析了环境质量现状,对项目建设过程中和建成投产后的环境影响进行评价,提出该迁改项目的环境保护对策建议,同时提出环境总量的控制要求。通过环境影响评价分析,如项目在建设和运行期间能够按照本评价要求,落实针对环境影响的各项污染控制措施,将所产生的污染物达标排放,则该项目在建设期间和投产运营后对周围环境的影响不大,从环境保护角度来看,该搬迁扩建项目是可行的。

For a certain relocation project,combined with applicable evaluation standards,this paper analyzes the status quo of environmental quality,and evaluates the environmental impact during the construction of the project and after it is completed and put into production,and puts forward environmental protection countermeasures and suggestions for the relocation project,and at the same time puts forward the requirements for total environmental control.Through the environmental impact assessment analysis,if the project can implement various pollution control measures for environmental impacts in accordance with the requirements of this assessment during the construction and operation of the project,and discharge the generated pollutants up to the standard,the project has little impact on the surrounding environment during the construction period and after it is put into operation,from the perspective of environmental protection,the relocation and expansion project is feasible.
