阳台洗衣废水违规排放的现状调查及对策研究

Current Status Investigation and Countermeasure Study of Illegal Discharge of Balcony Laundry Wastewater

黑臭水体整治已成为当前生态环境部门的工作重心和大众关注的热点,而洗涤废水的违规排放则是导致城市内河水体黑臭的原因之一,如何从根源上解决这一问题值得深入研究。本项目在对各类住宅的阳台废水排放情况进行调查的基础上,结合全国各地的政策法规和整治方法,针对不同类型住宅提出了阳台废水排放的整改措施和设计方案,不仅有助于解决水体黑臭问题和提升阳台的美观度,也能提升居民的环保意识,实现环境效益和社会效益。

The remediation of black and odorous water bodies has become the current focus of the work of the ecological environment department and a hot spot of public concern,the illegal discharge of washing wastewater is one of the reasons for the black and odor of urban inland rivers,how to solve this problem from the root is worthy of in-depth study.Based on the investigation of the balcony wastewater discharge of various types of residences,combined with policies,regulations and remediation methods across the state,this project proposes rectification measures and design plans for balcony wastewater discharge for different types of residences,which will not only help solve the black and odor problem of water bodies and improve the aesthetics of the balcony,but also enhance the residents’environmental awareness and realize environmental and social benefits.
