起重机械制造基地工业废水处理与回用工程实例分析

在机械制造过程中,起重机械制造基地会产生各种生产废水。预处理后,生产废水与生活污水混合,然后统一进行水解酸化-接触氧化生物处理,出水达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的一级标准要求。达标出水经过石英砂过滤-催化氧化填料吸附-UV消毒工艺深度处理,达到《城市污水再生利用城市杂用水水质》(GB/T 18920—2020)的绿化用水要求,可以用于基地绿化。

In the machinery manufacturing process,the crane manufacturing base produces various production wastewater.After pretreatment,the production wastewater is mixed with domestic wastewater,and then undergoes a unified hydrolysis acidification-contact oxidation biological treatment,the effluent meets the first-level standard requirements of the"Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard"(GB 8978—1996).After the advanced treatment of quartz sand filtration-catalytic oxidation filler adsorption-UV disinfection process,the effluent reaches the standard of"Urban Wastewater Recycling and Urban Miscellaneous Water Quality"(GB/T 18920—2020)for greening water requirements,and can be used for base greening.
