公共图书馆社区信息服务调查与创新策略研究

Research on Innovation Strategy of Community Information Service in Public Library

在中共中央制定“十四五”规划的背景下,公共图书馆开展社区信息服务有利于提升公共文化服务水平,促进满足人民文化需求和增强人民精神力量相统一,推进社会主义文化强国建设。运用文献调研、网络调查及比较分析等方法,调查国外公共图书馆社区信息服务的现状,总结其特点,同时调查和剖析我国公共图书馆社区信息服务的现状与问题,结合国外经验提出服务创新策略,以期为国内公共图书馆社区信息服务的优化提供参考。

Under the background of the 14th Five-Year Plan formulated by the CPC Central Committee,the develop⁃ment of community information services in public libraries is conducive to improving the level of public cultural services,promoting the unity of meeting people’s cultural needs and enhancing people’s spiritual strength,and promoting the con⁃struction of a socialist cultural power.By using the methods of literature research,network survey and comparative analy⁃sis,this paper investigates the current situation of community information service of public libraries in foreign countries to summary its characteristics.Meanwhile,it analyzes the current situation and problems of community information service of public library in China,and puts forward service innovation strategies combined with foreign experience,so as to pro⁃vide reference for the optimization of community information service of public library in China.
