积极开展国情和水情教育,增强节约水资源、保护水生态的思想意识和行动自觉,加快推动生产生活方式绿色转型,是生态优先、绿色发展的题中之义。文章全面阐述了做好水情教育的重大意义,总结了江苏水情教育的工作探索,明确了目标思路,提出了抓规划强格局构建、抓文化强品质提升、抓载体强网络建设、抓普及强模式创建、抓长效强机制完善5个方面举措。

Actively carrying out national conditions and water regime education,enhancing ideological consciousness and action consciousness of water resources conservation and water ecology protection,and accelerating green transformation of production and life style were the meaning of ecological priority and green development.The significance of doing a good job in water regime education was comprehensively expounded.The work exploration of water regime education in Jiangsu was summarized,and the goal and idea were clarified.Five important measures were put forward,including strengthening pattern construction of planning,quality improvement of culture,network construction of carrier,creation of popularization mode,and improving the long-term mechanism.
