“十三五”时期,江苏水利投入近2100亿元,一大批重点水利工程陆续建成发挥效益。回顾了“十三五”期间和2020年水利工程建设管理工作取得的新成效,分析了当前对全面提升水安全保障能力提出的更高要求,谋划了“十四五”发展蓝图,提出了2021年水利工程建设管理的具体要点。

During the 13th Five-Year Plan period,Jiangsu invested nearly RMB 210 billion in water conservancy,and a large number of key water conservancy projects have been completed and brought about benefits.New achievements of water conservancy project construction management during the"13th Five Year Plan"period and 2020 were reviewed,higher requirements for comprehensively improving water security guarantee ability at present were analyzed,the"14th Five-Year Plan"development blueprint were mapped out,and specific points of water conservancy project construction management in 2021 were put forward.
