南海与中亚跨区域信息化智慧旅游南西合作研究——以“一带一路”为视角

Research on the South-West Cooperation between South China Sea and Central Asia in Cross-regional Informatization Smart Tourism--From the Perspective of the Belt and Road Initiative

南海与中亚跨区域旅游"南西合作"是"21世纪海上丝绸之路"以海南岛为核心的中国华南环南海疆域各省区和东南亚诸国形成的国际旅游圈,与"共建丝绸之路经济带"以新疆为核心环绕中亚区域的中国西北五省区和中亚国家及俄罗斯形成的国际旅游圈之间的国际合作创新体系。本文利用现代信息化科技手段开展远程智慧旅游协同互动运作方式,构建"一带一路"国际旅游合作互利共赢网络旅游工程,促进南西两大国际旅游圈跨区域旅游合作,以共建旅游强国、旅游强区的途径,推进"一带一路"国际合作"五通"目标的实现。

The South China Sea and Central Asia cross-regional tourism“South-West Cooperation”is the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road with Hainan Island as the core of the international tourism circle formed by the provinces and regions around the South China Sea in South China and Southeast Asian countries.Economic Belt is a system of international cooperation and innovation between the five northwestern provinces of China and the international tourism circle formed by Central Asian countries and Russia with Xinjiang as the core and surrounding the Central Asian region.This article uses modern information technology to develop a collaborative and interactive operation mode of remote smart tourism,builds a mutually beneficial and win-win network tourism project for the Belt and Road international tourism cooperation,and promotes cross-regional tourism cooperation between the two major international tourism circles in South and West,so as to build a tourism power and tourism.This article proposes to promote the realization of the"five links"goal of the Belt and Road international cooperation by means of jointly building a strong tourism country and a strong tourism region.
