摘要
常态化疫情防控背景下,本文从现状、挑战和对策出发,分析了我国养老产业发展潜力巨大的现状,梳理了养老面临的服务人员极度短缺,医疗资源缺口较大,防控物资采购困难,短期需求大为减少,老人护理难度加大等挑战,并提出调配资源、建立机制、加强防控,转变理念、更新技术、推进"智慧养老",强化保障、重视引导、确保政策支持三方面对策建议。
Under the background of normalized epidemic prevention and control,this article analyzes the huge development potential of China’s elderly care industry based on the status quo,challenges and countermeasures.Demand is greatly reduced and elderly care is more difficult.Countermeasures and suggestions have been proposed such as allocating resources,establishing mechanisms,strengthening prevention and control,changing concepts,updating technology,promoting"smart elderly care",strengthening security,attaching importance to guidance,and ensuring policy support.
