小型混凝土泵车双泵分配液压系统参数匹配性分析 被引量:3

摘要 分配液压系统是小型混凝土泵车液压系统的重要组成部分,其参数匹配性决定了整机的泵送性能、泵送效率。根据分配系统机构运动原理及液压工作原理,研究系统工作循环中各参数的内在关系。建立单泵单作用和双泵双作用两种工作状态下油泵排量、蓄能器容积的计算模型,计算阀的规格并得到两种工作状态流量循环表。针对一款新型小型混凝土泵车分配系统出现的摆动油缸启动能力偏弱、摆动换向时间过长、换向冲击大、泵送不连续等问题,建立液压仿真模型,得到分配回油压力曲线和油缸行程曲线。利用相关仪器设备检测分配压力特性。根据推导出的数学模型和流量循环表对分配液压系统进行匹配性定量分析,计算系统中各元件的具体参数,并与该小型混凝土泵车实际参数进行对比。结果表明,改进后的小型混凝土泵车使用效果良好。研究结果为系统匹配性的优化提供参考。 For a small concrete pump truck,distribution hydraulic system is a crucial component.The whole machine’s pumping performance and efficiency are determined by the system parameter matching.According to the system mechanism movement theory and hydraulic working principle,the parameters’internal relation in the system working cycles were studied.The calculation models of the pump discharge and accumulator volume under working conditions of single-pump-single-action and double-pump-double-action were established,and the valve specifications were calculated and the flow cycle table under two working conditions was obtained.In order to solve the problems of the distribution system of a new type of small concrete pump truck,such as weak starting ability of the oscillating cylinder,long time of the oscillating reversing,large reversing impact and discontinuous pumping,a hydraulic simulation model was established to get the distribution return oil pressure curve and the cylinder travel time curve.The pressure distribution characteristics were tested by using relevant instruments and equipment.According to the mathematical model and flow cycle table,the matching ability of the distribution hydraulic system was quantitatively analyzed,and the each component’s specific parameters in the system were calculated and compared with the actual parameters of the small concrete pump truck.The results show that the improved small concrete pump truck has a good operation effect.The research results provide reference for the improvement and optimization of system matching.
