摘要
目的研究分析高敏肌钙蛋白水平和脓毒症心肌损伤严重水平、脓毒症预后的内在联系。方法选取2018年2月至2020年2月南阳市第一人民医院急诊重症监护病房中脓毒症患者92例,根据电脑抽样调查方法分为脓毒症组62例和脓毒性休克组30例,并择取同期22例健康者作为对照组。对各组当天急性生理学与慢性健康情况评分进行记录分析,并比较各组变量情况。结果患者血清高敏肌钙蛋白水平和脓毒症存在一定内在关系,各组不同时间点血清高敏肌钙蛋白水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组血清高敏肌钙蛋白动态水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脓毒症心肌损伤疾病诊断中,高敏肌钙蛋白水平可成为预警指标之一,其在某种意义上可体现出患者心肌损伤状况。对患者高敏肌钙蛋白水平展开动态检测,对评价脓毒症患者心肌损伤病情状况有积极的促进作用。
【Objective】To study and analyze the internal relationship between the level of high-sensitivity troponin and the severity of septic myocardial damage and the prognosis of sepsis.【Methods】Using the computer sampling survey method,a total of 92 patients with sepsis in the emergency intensive care unit of a hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the research sample,and 22 healthy people during the same period were selected as the reference group.The acute physiology and chronic health scores of the patients in the group were recorded and analyzed,and the variables between the groups were compared.【Results】There was a certain internal relationship between the serum high-sensitivity troponin level and sepsis.There was significant difference in the high-sensitivity troponin level among different groups at different time point(P<0.05).The difference in the dynamic level of serum high-sensitivity troponin between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).【Conclusion】In the diagnosis of septic myocardial injury,the level of high-sensitivity troponin can be one of the early warning indicators,which in a sense reflects the condition of the patient's myocardial injury,and the dynamic detection of the level of the patient's high-sensitivity troponin has a positive role in the evaluation of the condition of myocardial injury in patients with sepsis.
