摘要
通过改进螺旋电子秤计量、标定方法,探索最佳配比控制区间,并针对白灰质量波动问题增加等比模拟研究,在烧结配料工业微机安装白灰配比调控界面和综合配比准确度监控界面等系列新技术,实现了烧结配比加权准确度95%以上。
By improving the measurement and calibration methods of spiral electronic scales,exploring the optimal proportioning control range,and increasing the proportional simulation study for the problem of white ash quality fluctuations,installing the white ash proportioning control interface and comprehensive proportioning accuracy monitoring in the sintering batching industry.A series of new technologies such as interface have achieved a weighted accuracy of more than 95%of the sintering ratio.
