某城镇居民幸福感调查及影响因素分析

A survey of urban residents'happiness and analysis of influencing factors

目的:了解某城镇居民的基本生活满意度和幸福感程度,探讨城镇居民对幸福指标的倾向性和特征,分析各因素对居民幸福感程度的影响,进一步了解导致城镇居民感到不幸福的主客观因素,从而寻求提高城镇居民幸福感的提升途径和措施。方法:(1)采用分层多阶段随机抽样,对某城镇550名城镇居民发放《城镇居民幸福感调查问卷》进行问卷调查。(2)利用spss19.0、SAS等统计软件对数据进行描述性分析、方差分析及非参数检验、构建Logistic回归模型。结果:城镇居民幸福感水平总体处于中等偏上,即比较幸福水平,人们从精神层面感受到得幸福感程度大于物质层面的。城镇居民幸福感总分在性别、年龄和婚姻状况三个人口统计学变量上存在差异,但城镇居民幸福感总得分在不同文化水平上不具有差异性。城镇居民的生存状况满意度、生活质量满意度、身心愉悦程度、幸福感比较和人际及个人与社会和谐程度与幸福感皆存在显著相关,各维度都能较好地反映城镇居民幸福感现状与感受程度,幸福感指标体系构建相对合理。结论:提高城镇居民幸福感水平,要重视同时满足人们的物质欲望和精神追求,要重视性别、年龄、文化水平和家庭婚姻状况等因素差异的影响作用。

Objective:to understand the basic life satisfaction and well-being of urban residents,explore the tendency and characteristics of urban residents on happiness indicators,analyze the impact of various factors on Residents'well-being,further understand the subjective and objective factors leading to urban residents'unhappiness,and seek ways and measures to improve urban residents'well-being.Methods:(1)550 urban residents in a certain town were investigated by stratified and multistage random sampling(2)SPSS 19.0,SAS and other statistical software were used to carry out descriptive analysis,analysis of variance and nonparametric test,and construct logistic regression model.Results:the overall happiness level of urban residents was above the medium level,that is,the level of comparative happiness.People felt that the degree of happiness from the spiritual level was greater than that from the material level.There are differences in the three demographic variables of gender,age and marital status,but there is no difference in the total score of urban residents'happiness at different cultural levels.There is a significant correlation between urban residents'living condition satisfaction,quality of life satisfaction,physical and mental pleasure,happiness comparison,interpersonal and personal and social harmony and happiness.All dimensions can better reflect the current situation and feeling of urban residents'happiness,and the construction of happiness index system is relatively reasonable.Conclusion:to improve the happiness level of urban residents,we should pay attention to meeting people's material desire and spiritual pursuit at the same time,and pay attention to the influence of gender,age,educational level,family and marital status.
