摘要
本文采用问卷调查方法,对浙江杭州西溪国家湿地公园旅游消费者的基本特征、环境影响、行为态度进行调查。结合Spss19.0软件分析游客的基本特征与保护环境、行为态度的相关性,分析景区防止游客破坏环境行为的管理措施。研究结果显示,游客的基本特征与破坏环境行为有相关性,特别是性别、年龄和受教育程度相关性较大。大部分游客都具有生态环境保护意识,能约束自身行为,但其环境责任感不强。景区应该采取约束游客行为、教育不文明行为和引导游客公德行为来减少游客对景区的破坏。
This article uses a questionnaire survey method to investigate the basic characteristics,environmental impacts,behaviors and attitudes of tourist consumers in Xixi National Wetland Park in Hangzhou,Zhejiang.Combining with Spss19.0 software,it analyzes the relationship between the basic characteristics of tourists and the protection of the environment,behavior and attitude,and analyzes the management measures of the scenic spots to prevent tourists from destroying the environment.The research results show that the basic characteristics of tourists are related to environmental damage behavior,especially gender,age and education level.Most tourists have the awareness of ecological and environmental protection and can restrain their own behavior,but their sense of environmental responsibility is not strong.Scenic spots should take measures to restrain tourists'behaviors,educate uncivilized behaviors,and guide tourists'public moral behaviors to reduce tourists'damage to the scenic spots.
