摘要
房地产行业作为带动我国经济及投资增长的三大支柱之一,维持房价的稳定具有重要意义。在今年年初,受新冠疫情的影响,我国实施了多个货币政策,为了研究所实施的政策对房价的影响,本文对2018年2月至2020年9月的月度数据,运用事件研究法进行实证分析。实证结果表明人民银行实行宽松货币政策,所释放的流动性能够对房地产价格产生显著的影响。
As one of the three pillars driving my country's economic and investment growth,the real estate industry is of great significance to maintain the stability of housing prices.At the beginning of this year,due to the impact of the new crown epidemic,China has implemented a number of monetary policies.In order to study the impact of the policies implemented on housing prices,this article uses the event research method to conduct empirical research on the monthly data from February 2018 to September 2020.analysis.The empirical results show that the People's Bank of China implements a loose monetary policy,and the liquidity released can have a significant impact on real estate prices.
