随着我国城镇化进程的加快,广大农村地区存有的大量剩余劳动力向城镇转移,社会上出现了大量的农村外出务工人员。本文探讨他们的生存现状,分析外出务工人员存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策和建议。

with the acceleration of China's urbanization process,the vast majority of rural areas have a large number of surplus labor force transferred to cities and towns,there are a large number of rural migrant workers in the society.This paper probes into their living situation,analyzes the problems of migrant workers,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
