乡村振兴视角下我国农业产业发展方向

乡村振兴战略必然是在未来很长一段时间内影响我国各个地区农业和农村经济发展的国家核心战略,产业的高质量快速发展则是乡村振兴的重要突破点和关键着力点。我国经济发展的中心长期以来都是集中在轻重工业和城镇地区,在很大程度上导致了传统农业和农村地区长期发展相对落后,我国全面建成小康社会的一大障碍就是农村发展及其产业振兴。党的十九大和中央经济工作会议将乡村振兴战略正式上升为国家战略,党和国家一直关注农业农村农民问题,城镇和乡村之间的关系在新时期新阶段所发生的历史性转折助推了这一变化。农村及其相关产业从依赖外生增长到建立相对可持续的乡村内部自行增长模式,是党和国家在这方面理念上的重大转变。国内一、二线城市的中端及低端制造业和加工业也在加速向低一级城市乃至一些郊区或者村镇转移,相应的使得广大农村地区居民拥有了在本地就业的机会。同时,依托相关特色资源发展特色农业如观光农业,也打开了城市通向农村的消费通道,培育了农业+旅游的新产业。

The rural revitalization strategy is bound to be the national core strategy that will affect the development of agriculture and rural economy in various regions of our country for a long time in the future.The high-quality and rapid development of industries is an important breakthrough and key focus of rural revitalization.The center of my country’s economic development has long been concentrated in light and heavy industries and urban areas,which to a large extent led to the relatively backward development of traditional agriculture and rural areas.A major obstacle to my country’s comprehensive construction of a moderately prosperous society is rural development and industrial revitalization..The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the Central Economic Work Conference formally upgraded the rural revitalization strategy to a national strategy.The party and the state have always been concerned about the issue of agriculture and rural farmers.The historic turning point in the relationship between towns and villages in the new era and new stage has helped boost This change.The transformation of rural and related industries from relying on exogenous growth to the establishment of a relatively sustainable internal self-growth model in rural areas is a major change in the party and the state's concept in this regard.The middle-end and low-end manufacturing and processing industries in domestic firstand second-tier cities are also accelerating their transfer to lower-tier cities and even some suburbs or villages,correspondingly allowing residents in the vast rural areas to have local employment opportunities.At the same time,relying on relevant characteristic resources to develop characteristic agriculture such as sightseeing agriculture has also opened up a consumption channel from cities to rural areas and fostered a new industry of agriculture+tourism.
