强化混凝处理磷化清洗废水的研究 被引量:1

摘要 考察二元复配药剂和三元复配药剂对磷化清洗废水强化混凝效果的影响,分别研究了无机絮凝剂、有机助凝剂、强化絮凝助剂、pH等因素对磷化清洗废水混凝效果的影响。结果表明,三元复配药剂较二元复配药剂对废水有机物的去除效果更好,最优实验反应条件为:pH为6.04,无机絮凝剂PAFC2投加浓度为50 mg·L^(-1),有机助凝剂CPAM1投加浓度为5 mg·L^(-1),强化絮凝助剂DCA01投加浓度为15 mg·L^(-1),混凝处理后的COD、色度、UV254的去除率分别为53.70%、96.64%和82.50%。通过本实验优化得到的三元复配药剂,能够有效的应用于磷化清洗废水的强化混凝处理,提高处理效果、降低了药剂投加量、减少了混凝沉淀污泥量,综合处理成本大幅度降低。 The effect of binary compound agent and ternary compound agent on the coagulation effect of wastewater were investigated in this paper.The influences of the types,dosage and pH of inorganic flocculants,organic flocculants,and enhanced flocculation aids on the coagulation effect of phosphate cleaning wastewater were studied respectively.The results showed that the removal effect of ternary compound agent is better than that of binary compound agent in wastewater.The optimal experimental reaction conditions were:reaction pH 6.04,dosing concentration of inorganic flocculant PAFC250 mg·L^(-1),dosing concentration of organic coagulant CPAM15 mg·L^(-1),dosing concentration of enhanced flocculation aids DCA0115 mg·L^(-1) respectively.Under the optimum reaction conditions,the chemical oxygen demand(COD)removal rate is 53.70%,the chroma removal rate reaching 96.64%,and the UV254 removal reached 82.50%after coagulation treatment.The ternary compound agent for strengthening the coagulation treatment of phosphate cleaning wastewater is obtained,thereby,reducing the dosage of agent,the amount of coagulation sludge sedimentation and reducing the treatment cost.It improves the treatment effect,reduces the dosage of agents,reduces the amount of coagulation sedimentation sludge,and greatly reduces the cost of comprehensive treatment.
