变频调速技术在电石冶炼配料系统中的应用

摘要 随着经济的发展与产业升级,制造行业中的技术得到了提升,尤其电石冶炼工艺的不断加强,促进了生产效率的提升。变频调速技术已成为当前时代下成熟的技术形态,在生产制造领域有了广泛的应用,变频调速技术主要是控制电机转速与电源频率之间的相互作用,从而达到控制电机转速的目的。变频调速技术应用于电石冶炼配料系统中,能够产生转差补偿,增强动态访问,文章以此为研究方向,分析变频调速技术在电石冶炼配料系统中的应用,为提升变频调速技术水平提供支持。研究成果发现变频调速技术能够提升在电石冶炼配料系统中的工作效率。 With the economic development and industrial upgrading,the technology in the manufacturing industry has been improved,especially the continuous strengthening of calcium carbide smelting process,which promotes the improvement of production efficiency.Frequency control technology has become a mature technology in the current era.It has been widely used in the field of manufacturing.Variable frequency speed control technology is mainly to control the interaction between motor speed and power frequency,so as to achieve the purpose of controlling motor speed.The application of frequency control technology in calcium carbide smelting batching system can produce slip compensation and enhance dynamic performance.This paper analyzes the application of frequency control technology in calcium carbide smelting batching system,and provides support for enhancing the development of technology and upgrading the development of frequency control technology.The research results show that the frequency control technology can improve the work efficiency in the calcium carbide smelting batching system.
