2015年的巴基斯坦国家炼油有限公司卡拉奇炼油厂升级改造项目,由业主采购工艺包后,采用EPC项目管理模式进行国际招标。其ITB文件(招标邀请书)由意大利STP公司(Studi Techologie Progetti)编制。其文件结构、内容与具体技术要求,体现了国际石化工程技术文件特点,对后续类似项目的文件理解、竞标准备、详细设计、实施等各项工作,具有良好的学习和借鉴意义。

In 2015,the ISBL Upgradation Project of National Refinery Limited in Karachi Pakistan was purchased by the owner,and the EPC project management mode was adopted for international bidding.Its ITB document was prepared by STP(Italy)company.The document structure,content and specific technical requirements reflect the characteristics of international petrochemical engineering technical documents.It has a good learning and reference significance for the follow-up similar project document understanding,bidding preparation,detailed design,implementation and other works.
