摘要
阴极保护技术有效抑制了长输石油管道的腐蚀。阴极保护技术的原理是对金属进行阴极极化从而抑制金属腐蚀,可分为强制电流及牺牲阳极保护法。当阴极保护电位介于-0.85--1.20 V之间可以认为管道处于被保护状态。此外,当管道断电电位比管道自腐蚀电位负100 MV以上也可以认定管道处于被保护状态。另外,目前常用的阴极保护准则存在诸多不足,当管道运行温度大于40℃,阴极保护技术不再适用。针对阴极保护技术准则存在的不足,仍然需要展开大量的研究,以完善技术准则。
Cathodic protection technology is an advanced anti-corrosion means.The principle of cathodic protection technology is cathodic polarization of metal to inhibit metal corrosion.When the cathodic protection potential is between-0.85 and-1.20 V,the pipeline can be considered to be protected.In addition,when the power-off potential of the pipeline is more than 100 mV negative than the self corrosion potential of the pipeline,it can also be considered that the pipeline is in the protected state.In addition,the current commonly used cathodic protection criteria have many shortcomings,when the pipeline operating temperature is greater than 40℃,the cathodic protection technology is not applicable.In view of the shortcomings of the technical guidelines for cathodic protection,we still need to carry out a lot of research to improve the technical guidelines.
