Safety Control of Pressure Vessel and Pipeline Inspection on Ammonia Decomposition Site

氨分解制氢气站存在较多的压力容器和压力管道特种设备,也存在大量的具有高毒、易燃性质的液氨(氨气),特种设备检测过程稍有不慎,即可能发生火灾、爆炸、中毒窒息等事故。文章针对氨分解制氢站压力容器和管道检测过程中的安全及应急措施进行分析和讨论。

There are many special types of equipment for pressure vessel and pressure pipeline in ammonia decomposition hydrogen production station,as well as a large number of liquid ammonia(ammonia)with high toxicity and flammability.The detection process of special equipment is slightly careless,that is,fire,explosion,poisoning and suffocation and other accidents may occur.This paper discusses and considers the safety and emergency measures in the detection process of pressure vessels and pipelines in ammonia decomposition hydrogen production station.
