摘要 催化裂解装置比起常规催化裂化其操作难度较大,为实现催化裂解装置长周期平稳运行,采用优化原料性质及完善工艺路线、加强设备检维修管理、对装置关键设备重点特护、实施科学管理、及时发现消除事故隐患、持续改进运行中发现的问题,经上述措施,保证了催化裂解装置长周期平稳运行。 The operation of the catalytic cracking unit is more difficult than that of the conventional catalytic cracking unit.In order to realize the long-term and stable operation of the catalytic cracking unit,the properties of the feedstock are optimized and the process routes are perfected,and the maintenance management of the equipment is strengthened,the key equipment of the unit is specially protected,the scientific management is carried out,the hidden trouble of the accident is discovered in time is handled properly,the problems found in the operation are continuously improved,the above measures ensure the long-term and stable operation of the catalytic cracking unit.
