油气田多相流分离式计量撬研究与应用

摘要 近年来随着油田的开采,计量撬投产调试时精度出现超标准的较大误差,影响交付和投产验收。以气液分离为核心,完成分离器的设计选型,分离效果满足气体流量计和液相流量计的计量要求。针对原油的物性和分离器的分离效果,选取精度满足业主要求的气体流量计、液体流量计和含水率分析仪。完成分离式计量撬多相计量工艺包。通过将多相流分离式计量撬应用于项目现场,大幅降低装置成本,便于整体运输,计量精度满足业主要求,产生了良好的经济效益。 With the exploitation of oilfields in recent years,the accuracy of the metering skid during starting-up and commissioning has large deviation that exceeds the standard,which affects the delivery and commissioning acceptance.With the core of gas-liquid separation,the design and selection of the separator are completed,and the separation effect meets the metering requirements of gas and liquid flow meters.According to the physical properties of crude oil and the separation effect of the separator,the gas flow meters,liquid flow meters and moisture content analyzers that meet the requirements of the owner are selected.The multiphase metering process packages of the separation metering skid are completed.By applying the multiphase flow separation metering skid to the project site,the cost of the device is greatly reduced,the overall transportation is convenient,and the metering accuracy meets the requirements of the owner,which results in good economic benefits.
