在工程设计公司管理中,客户关系管理占有重要的地位,关系到公司的品牌、声誉和长久的发展利益。良好的客户关系管理可以帮助公司降低成本,减少客户流失,在市场竞争中保持核心竞争力。文章主要通过分析和研究客户关系管理存在的问题,提出建议措施。
Customer relationship management occupies an important position in the management of engineering design companies,which is related to the companies’brand image,reputation and long term development benefits.Good customer relationship management can help companies reduce costs,reduce customer churn and maintain core competitiveness.This article mainly analyzes and studies the existing problems of customer relationship management and gives some suggestions and solutions.
