计划管理是项目管理的重要组成部分,建立与实施科学的分级计划体系管理对石化工程项目的执行准点率等目标的实现有重要性保障作用。石化工业是一种高风险行业,石化装置和设施的本质安全与环保必须在工程设计阶段严格把关,打造石化装置的优良基因。文章以石化乙烯装置设计计划管理为例,介绍石化项目四级计划体系的实施做法。

Planning and schedule management is the core control objective of project management.Four-level planning&schedule system is an important safeguard measure for project implementation.The petrochemical industry is a high-risk industry.The essential safety and essential environmental protection of petrochemical units and facilities are the basis for ensuring the plant can be achieved a safe,stable and optimum operation at full capacity with long run-length.It is necessary to strictly check and control in the engineering design stage to create the excellent genes of petrochemical plants.This paper takes the domestic large-scale ethylene plant engineering design schedule management as an example to introduce the management methods of four-level planning&schedule system.
