摘要
为了准确评估含缺陷在役修井机井架承载能力,提出基于井架现场应力测试和检验,使用结构分析软件ANSYS的数值分析方法,并运用构件缺陷模拟技术及数值模型修正理论,建立与实际情况更符合的计算模型,从而分析得到井架各杆件的实际受力请,最终得出在役修井机井架的极限承载能力。计算结果表明,含缺陷修井机井架在应用修正后的有限元计算结果,更符合井架的实际最大承载能力。
In order to accurately evaluate the bearing capacity of the derrick of the in-service workover rig with defects,FEM method based on the field stress test and inspection of the derrick,using ANSYS software as the foundation,combined with component defect processing technology and model correction theory,is established to establish an accurate simulation model.The force distribution of each member of the entire derrick is calculated,and the ultimate bearing capacity of the derrick in service is calculated.The calculation results show that the modified finite element calculation results of the workover derrick with defects are more in line with the actual maximum bearing capacity of the derrick.
