摘要
文章对某炼厂进口原油铁路专用线接卸设施改造项目基础设计阶段HAZOP分析过程进行了阐述,包括开展该项目HAZOP分析的背景、项目工艺流程、风险矩阵的选择、分析过程、分析结果。通过分析,全面识别出了由各个偏离导致该项目存在的诸多危险和可操作性问题,进一步减少该项目工艺运行风险,保障了其本质安全。
This paper describes the HAZOP analysis process in the basic design stage of the transformation project of the connecting and unloading facilities of the special railway line for imported crude oil in a refinery,including the selection and analysis of the risk matrix of the process of the background project for HAZOP analysis Through the analysis,a lot of risks and maneuverability problems caused by each deviation of the project are comprehensively identified,which further reduces the risk of the process operation of the project and ensures its essential safety.
