摘要
2020年9月22日,国家主席习近平在第七十五届联合国大会一般性辩论上发表重要讲话时提出二氧化碳排放力争于2030年前达到峰值,于2060年前实现碳中和的宏伟目标。因为实现碳达峰与碳中和意义深远,所以如何实现这两个宏伟目标,值得深入思考。为确保内蒙古自治区如期实现这两个宏伟目标,在如何有效替换化石能源为氢能源方面做出几点思考,并给出初步对策。
On Sep.22th,2020,the Chinese President Jin-ping Xi made important remarks at the general debate of the 75th session of the UN General Assembly.He said that the China aimed to have the carbon dioxide emissions peak before 2030 and achieve carbon neutrality before 2060.It is worthwhile to think how to achieve the grand goal of the far-reaching significance of CO_(2) emissions peak and carbon neutrality.To achieve the two grand goals in Inner Mongolia autonomous region,we proposed some suggestions of how to effectively switch the fossil energy to the hydrogen energy and gave the corresponding countermeasures in this paper.
