中药防治呼吸道病毒感染性疾病的研究进展

Research Progress on Prevention and Treatment of Respiratory Virus Infectious Diseases with Traditional Chinese Medicine

近年来因呼吸道病毒引起多起较大规模的感染性疾病,致使数以万计人失去生命,最新暴发的新型冠状病毒肺炎(coronavirus disease 2019,COVID-19)因其潜伏期长、传染性强等特点严重危害着人类的健康。目前国内外还没有研发出安全有效的特效药,中医药以其丰富的经验累积、广泛的药物来源、独特的治疗手段已然成为了研究热点。本文从单体成分、单味中药和复方制剂3个层面对中药防治呼吸道病毒感染性疾病的部分热点研究对象进行归纳总结,以期对中药抗病毒研究有更加深入的了解。

In recent years,a number of pandemics caused by respiratory viruses have killed tens of thousands of people.The outbreak of the novel coronavirus(Covid-19,2019)has posed a serious threat to human health due to its long period of incubation and high contagiousness.So far,no safe and effective specific drugs have been developed at home and abroad.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has become a hot spot of research due to its rich experience,extensive drug sources and unique treatment.This paper summarized some of the intensivelystudied fields related to prevention and treatment of respiratory virus infectious diseases with traditional Chinese medicine from the perspective of monomer components,single Chinese medicine and compound preparations in order to advance our understanding of the research of Chinese medicine against viruses.
