慢性牙周炎维护治疗阶段给予基于微信平台的延续护理的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Continuing Care Based on WeChat Platform during the Maintenance Treatment Stage of Chronic Periodontitis

目的:探讨基于微信平台的延续护理在慢性牙周炎维护治疗阶段的护理效果。方法:选择2018年2月-2020年1月84例慢性牙周炎患者,所有患者均处于维持治疗阶段,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用基于微信平台的延续护理干预。比较两组依从性、满意度、护理前和护理3个月后自我效能(SESS评分)、牙周功能及心理状态(SAS、SDS评分)。结果:护理3个月后,观察组定期口腔纠正、正确刷牙、平衡饮食评分及SESS总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理3个月后,两组牙周功能均优于护理前,且观察组PLI、GI、PD及CAL水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理3个月后,观察组SAS与SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理3个月后,观察组定期复查、遵医治疗、饮食指导的依从率及护理形式与护理内容的满意率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于微信平台的延续护理用于慢性牙周炎维护治疗阶段患者中能提高患者自我效能,改善其牙周功能,降低心理波动水平,有助于提高患者治疗依从性及护理满意度,值得推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of continuing care based on WeChat platform during the maintenance treatment stage of chronic periodontitis.Method:A total of 84 patients with chronic periodontitis from February 2018 to January 2020 were selected.All patients were in maintenance treatment stage.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given continuous care based on WeChat platform on the basis of the control group.Compatibility and satisfaction were compared between two groups,and self-efficacy scale for self-care(SESS score),periodontal function,and mental state(SAS,SDS score)before and after 3 months of nursing were compared between two groups.Result:After 3 months of nursing,the scores of regular oral correction,correct brushing,balanced diet and total score of SESS in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of nursing,the periodontal function in both groups was better than before,and the levels of PLI,GI,PD and CAL in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of nursing,the compliance rates of regular review,compliance with medical treatment,dietary guidance,and satisfaction rates of nursing form and nursing content in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Continuing care based on WeChat platform for patients with chronic periodontitis maintenance and treatment can improve patient self-efficacy,improve their periodontal function,reduce psychological fluctuation level,and help to improve patient compliance and nursing satisfaction.Promotion and application.
