儿泻停颗粒联合金双歧治疗小儿迁延性腹泻的效果及安全性观察

Effect and Safety of Er Xieting Granules Combined with Golden Bifid in the Treatment of Children with Protracted Diarrhea

目的:探讨使用儿泻停颗粒联合金双歧治疗小儿迁延性腹泻的临床效果及安全性。方法:选取2018年9月-2020年9月本院儿科收治的82例迁延性腹泻患儿,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=41)和观察组(n=41)。两组均给予饮食指导以及补液等基础治疗,对照组在以上基础上采用蒙脱石散和金双歧治疗,观察组则在以上基础上采用儿泻停颗粒和金双歧治疗。治疗7 d后,比较两组中医症状评分、临床疗效、血清D-乳酸、二胺氧化酶(DAO)水平、外周血CD3^(+)T细胞、自然杀伤(NK)细胞比例、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)和药物不良反应情况。结果:治疗后两组中医症状积分均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为97.56%,高于对照组的82.93%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清D-乳酸、DAO水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),但两组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后观察组CD3^(+)T细胞、NK细胞比例及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)较治疗前升高,且均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组不良反应发生率分别为12.20%、7.32%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:儿泻停颗粒联合金双歧治疗小儿迁延性腹泻效果确切,可以有效减轻患儿临床症状,保护肠道黏膜屏障功能,改善免疫力,且安全性良好。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect and safety of Er Xieting Granules combined with Golden Bifid in the treatment of children with protracted diarrhea.Method:A total of 82 children with persistent diarrhea treated in our hospital from September 2018 to September 2020 were selected and divided into control group(n=41)and observation group(n=41)by random number table method.Both groups were given basic treatment such as diet guidance and fluid supplementation.On this basis,control group was given Montmorillonite Powder and Golden Bifid,while observation group was given Er Xieting granules and Golden Bifid.After 7 d of treatment,scores of TCM symptoms,clinical curative effect,levels of serum D-lactic acid and diamine oxidase(DAO),ratios of CD3^(+)T cells,and natural killer(NK)cells,CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)and adverse drug reactions were compared.Result:After treatment,scores of TCM symptoms in both groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.56%,which was higher than 82.93%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Serum D-lactic acid and DAO levels in both groups were decreased after treatment(P<0.05),while showed no significance between the two groups(P>0.05).Ratios of CD3^(+)T cells,NK cells and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in observation group were all increased after treatment,and were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).No significance was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between observation group and control group(12.20%vs 7.32%)(P>0.05).Conclusion:Er Xieting Granules combined with Golden Bifid has definite efficacy in the treatment of children with persistent diarrhea,which can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms of children,protect the intestinal mucosal barrier function,and improve immunity,with good safety.
