丹参川芎嗪与甲钴胺联用对糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床症状、氧化应激反应的影响

Effects of Danshen Ligustrazine and Mecobalamin on Clinical Symptoms and Oxidative Stress Responses in Patients with Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的:观察丹参川芎嗪注射液与甲钴胺联用治疗糖尿病周围神经病变对患者临床症状及血清氧化应激反应的影响。方法:选择本院2019年1月-2020年1月收治的糖尿病周围神经病变患者共90例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。两组患者入院后均给予糖尿病常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组采用甲钴胺治疗,观察组采用丹参川芎嗪注射液与甲钴胺联合治疗。用药2个月后,比较两组的临床症状及治疗前后的神经传导速度和血清氧化应激反应指标[γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、丙二醛(MDA)]水平。结果:治疗前,两组患者的神经传导速度、血清氧化应激反应指标对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者感觉异常、疼痛感、麻木感评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组的神经传导速度和血清氧化应激反应指标与治疗前比较均得到改善,且观察组的改善情况均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丹参川芎嗪注射液与甲钴胺联合用药治疗糖尿病神经周围病变,可改善患者的临床症状,有效提高患者的神经传导速度,减轻患者体内氧化应激反应,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Danshen Ligustrazine Injection combined with Mecobalamin in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy and the effect of serum oxidative stress.Method:A total of 90 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected,they were divided into the control group and an observation group by a random number table,with 45 cases in each group.Patients in both groups were given routine treatment for diabetes after admission,on this basis,the control group was treated with Mecobalamin,and the observation group was treated with Danshen Ligustrazine Injection combined with Mecobalamin.After 2 months of medication,the clinical symptoms,nerve conduction velocity and serum oxidative stress response index[γ-glutamyl transpeptidase(GGT),total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC),malondialdehyde(MDA)]levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:Before treatment,there were no statistical significances in nerve conduction velocity and serum oxidative stress response indexes between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of paresthesia,pain and numbness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the nerve conduction velocity and serum oxidative stress response indexes in both groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the improvement in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Danshen Ligustrazine Injection combined with Mecobalamin in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,effectively improve the nerve conduction velocity of patients,reduce the oxidative stress response in patients,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
