小青龙汤在分泌性中耳炎中的疗效及对机体免疫状态的影响研究

Effect of Xiaoqinglong Decoction in Patients with Secretory Otitis Media and Influence for Immune State

目的:观察与研究小青龙汤在分泌性中耳炎中的疗效及对机体免疫状态的影响。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年5月本院收治的80例分泌性中耳炎患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组进行常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用小青龙汤。比较两组治疗不同时间的总有效率、治疗前后的听力相关指标及机体免疫状态指标(细胞免疫及体液免疫指标)。结果:观察组治疗1、2个疗程的总有效率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组听力相关指标及机体免疫状态指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗1、2个疗程的听力相关指标均优于对照组,CD8^(+)及各项体液免疫指标均低于对照组,CD3^(+)与CD4^(+)均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小青龙汤在分泌性中耳炎患者中的疗效较好,可有效改善机体的免疫状态,应用价值较高。

Objective:To observe and study the effect of Xiaoqinglong Decoction in the patients with secretory otitis media and influence for body immune state.Method:A total of 80 patients with secretory otitis media treated in our hospital from January 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was supplemented with Xiaoqinglong Decoction on the basis of control group.The total effective rate at different time of treatment,hearing related indexes and immune state indexes(cellular immunity and humoral immunity indexes)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rates of 1 course and 2 courses of treatment in the observation group were higher than those in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in hearing related indexes and body immune status indexes between the two groups(P>0.05);the hearing related indexes in the observation group were better than those in the control group after 1 course and 2 courses of treatment,CD8^(+)and various humoral immunity indexes were lower than those in the control group,CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoqinglong Decoction has a good curative effect in patients with secretory otitis media,and can effectively improve the immune state of the body,with high application value.
