针灸治疗帕金森病非运动症状的研究进展

Research Progress in Acupuncture and Moxibustion for Non-Motor Symptoms of PD

帕金森病是一种中老年人常见的神经系统退行性疾病,其运动症状因具有明确诊断价值而被人们重视。近些年来,非运动症状贯穿疾病整个发展过程并直接影响帕金森病患者的生存质量,成为国内外学者们新的研究方向,其常见症状主要包括:神经精神障碍、感觉障碍、睡眠障碍、自主神经功能障碍等。抗帕金森药物虽能有效控制运动症状,但对于非运动症状无明显改善,并且应用不当还可引起剂末现象及开关现象。多项研究表明针灸对多巴胺能神经元具有保护作用,对帕金森病非运动症状有一定的治疗效果,现总结近年国内外相关文献对其进行综述,为今后帕金森病非运动症状的治疗提供新的临床思路。

Parkinson’s disease(PD)is a common neurodegenerative disease in middle-aged and elderly people.Its motor symptoms have been paid more attention to because of their clear diagnostic value.In recent years,non-motor symptoms run through the whole development process of the disease and directly affect the life quality of the patients with PD,which has become a new research direction for scholars at home and abroad.The common symptoms mainly include neuropsychiatric disorders,sensory disorders,sleep disorders and autonomic nerve dysfunctions.Drugs for PD can effectively control motor symptoms,but have no obvious improvement on non-motor symptoms,and improper use can also cause wearing-off and on-off phenomenon.A number of studies have shown that acupuncture and moxibustion have a protective effect on dopaminergic neurons and has a certain therapeutic effect on the non-motor symptoms of PD.This study reviewed the relevant literature at home and abroad in recent years,providing a new clinical idea for the treatment of non-motor symptoms of PD in the future.
