摘要
采用传统固相法,以Mn-Ni-O系为基础,通过掺杂Al和Fe元素,制备Mn-Ni-Al-Fe系热敏陶瓷产品。用XRD、SEM和电阻测量等测试手段,研制出一种适合100K/3950型号的尖晶石结构的NTC热敏电阻芯片,其配方组成为Ni_(0.6)Mn_(1.75)Al_(0.33)Fe_(0.32)O_(4)。在此配方组成基础上进行工业化放大实验,验证是否适合工业化生产。结果表明,该配方组成生产出来的NTC热敏电阻产品均具有较好的一致性和稳定性,可满足工业实际生产需求。
Mn-Ni-Al-Fe thermistor ceramics were prepared by doping Al and Fe on the basis of Mn-Ni-O system by the traditional solid-state method.With test means such as XRD,SEM and resistance measurements,a suit of 100K/3950 models of spinel structure of NTC thermistor chips were developed,the formula composition for Ni0.6Mn1.75Al0.33Fe0.32O4.On the basis of the composition of the formula,industrial experiment were carried out to verify its suitability for industrial production.The results show that the NTC thermistor products produced with this formula have good consistency and stability,which can meet the actual production requirements of industry.
