摘要
目前,建设项目在开展环境影响评价时,关于天然气锅炉燃烧废气是否做大气环境影响评价一级评价一直存在争论。鉴此,基于杭州三捷公司的AERScreen模型为基础,通过设置天然气锅炉不同的源强和排气筒所在地的不同地形作为模型参数进行分别估算,从而得出天然气锅炉燃烧废气评价等级判定规律,以供广大环评工作者参考。
At present,based on the debate about whether the combustion waste gas of natural gas boiler should be evaluated by first class atmospheric environmental impact assessment when the construction project carries out environmental impact assessment,on the basement of the AERScreen model of Hangzhou Sanjie Company,estimate the different source strength of natural gas boiler and different terrain of exhaust tube as model parameters,getting the judging rule of evaluation grade of combustion waste gas of natural gas boiler for environmental impact assessment workers'reference.
