摘要
建立了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定钕铁硼废料中镝含量结果计算的数学模型,分析确定了测量结果不确定度的主要来源,通过对各测量不确定度分量的分析量化,得到测量结果的合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度。当测量镝含量为1.80%的钕铁硼废料样品时,扩展不确定度为0.03%(k=2)。
The mathematic model was established to calculate the dysprosium content in NdFeB scraps by inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometry method(ICP-OES)and the main sources of uncertainty of the determination result were determined.Each sub-uncertainty was calculated,and combined standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty of the determination results were obtained.The expanded uncertainty is 0.03%(k=2)when measuring NdFeB scrap sample with dysprosium content of 1.80%.
