Is It Technology or Modern Witchcraft:Focusing on Chen Qiufan’s Science Fiction Creation

在科幻小说的世界中,科技与巫术仅有一线之隔。学界对于陈楸帆科幻小说中的先锋性、文学性等方面,已经给予了极大的赞誉,但从叙事语境中考察科幻与巫术的关系,则是开拓性的尝试。用咒语、神通等对应科幻叙事中的语音操控、万物互联等现象,可以看出陈楸帆在一定程度上混淆了科学幻想与巫术的关系,也可以说是作家在无意识情况下将科幻与原始思维相等同的结果。辨析陈楸帆小说中的科幻与巫术相混融的问题,既有助于发现当代中国科幻创作中可能存在的暗疾,同时也能够促进学界展开对科幻文学的进一步反思。从促进中国当代科幻小说良性发展的角度来说,也是一个需要引起重视的问题。

In the world of science fiction,there is only a thin line between technology and witchcraft.The academic circles have given great praise to the vanguard and literariness of Chen Qiufan’s science fiction,but it is a pioneering attempt to study the relationship between science fiction and witchcraft from the narrative context.Using incantations and supernatural powers corresponding to the voice manipulation and the interconnection of all things in science fiction narration,we can see that Chen Qiufan confuses scientific fantasy and witchcraft to a certain extent,which is also the result of the author's unconsciously equating science fiction with primitive thinking.The analysis of the problem of the mixing of science fiction and witchcraft in Chen Qiufan’s novels will not only help to find out the possible problems in contemporary Chinese science fiction,but also promote the academic circles to further reflect on science fiction.From the perspective of promoting the benign development of contemporary Chinese science fiction,it is a problem that needs to be paid attention to.
