摘要
基于观察工作积极性、工作积极性降低的具体指标,以高职音乐教师为调查对象,采用问卷调查,研究分析其工作积极性表现的活力、认可度、坚定性、进取心、效能感、价值认知等,降低工作积极性的致因指标如思想、目标、社会期望、社会地位、工作任务、管理制度、专业知识、职业定位等。结果表明,高职音乐教师工作积极性表现在坚定性、进取心等方面不够,现存降低其工作积极性的致因主要有个人目标、社会地位、学校制度、专业知识等。建议通过加强教师自我调控、学校及社会机制支持等措施来提升高职音乐教师工作积极性。
Based on the observation of specific indicators of work enthusiasm and reduced work enthusiasm,namely job burnout,by taking higher vocational music teachers as the object of investigation with questionnaire surveys,this study studies and analyzes the apparent vitality,recognition,firmness,initiative,sense of efficacy,value cognition and so on displayed in their work emthusiasm.The causative indicators that reduce work enthusiasm,such as ideas,goals,social expectations and status,work tasks,management systems,professional knowledge,career positioning,etc.The results show that higher vocational school music teachers’work enthusiasm is not enough in firmness,initiative spirit,etc.Existing causes that reduce their enthusiasm for work mainly include personal goals,social status,school system,professional knowledge and so on.It is suggested to enhance the enthusiasm of higher vocational school music teachers by taking measures such as strengthening their self-regulation,getting support from schools and social mechanisms,etc.
