Based on the research of cable bypass connection device,this paper analyzes the application scenarios of bypass connection device involved in the operation,maintenance and overhaul of distribution network 10kV line,in order to meet the actual use requirements and operational requirements.This paper discusses the role of non-blackout bypass connection device in maintenance and installation,and discusses the material design and production process requirements.Develop the key technologies needed to solve the related problems and develop the cable bypass connection device for 10kV non-power failure operation in distribution network,so as to effectively expand the depth and breadth of non-power failure operation in distribution network.
