Research progress on the interventions for benefit finding among cancer patients

阐述益处发现的概念和癌症病人益处发现的研究现状,综述癌症病人益处发现的干预研究进展。指出国外对益处发现的研究已趋于成熟,干预形式多样,遵循严谨的随机对照试验(RCT)设计。我国还处于探索阶段,研究对象主要局限于乳腺癌病人,干预缺乏理论框架及严谨设计。今后应借鉴国外干预方案,扩大研究对象范围,让更多的癌症病人受益。

The concept of benefit finding and the research status quo of benefit finding for cancer patients were explained.The research progress on intervention on benefit finding for cancer patients was reviewed.It was pointed out that research on benefit finding in foreign countries had become mature,with various forms of intervention,rigorous randomized controlled trial(RCT)design.It is still in the exploratory stage in China.The research objects were mainly limited to breast cancer patients,and the intervention lacked a theoretical framework and rigorous design.In the future,we should learn from foreign intervention programs,expand the scope of research objects,and benefit more cancer patients.
