基于“脾与小肠相通”探讨脾-肠-骨质疏松症关联性

Discussion on Correlation Between Spleen-intestine-osteoporosis Based on Theory of“Linkage Between Spleen and Small Intestine”

骨质疏松症是由多种原因导致骨组织微结构受损、易发脆性骨折的一种全身性骨代谢障碍疾病,传统中医学论治主要从肝、脾、肾三脏虚损着手,但中医学理论与现代科学研究之间尚未形成良好衔接。肠道微生态作为近年来的医学界研究热点之一,已有众多研究报道其与骨质疏松症密切相关。本文基于“脾与小肠相通”的文献记载,从现代研究基础、经典中医理论出发,阐明脾-肠-骨质疏松症的关联,以期中医为防治骨质疏松症提供科学依据,并为相关临床研究与治疗提供借鉴。

Osteoporosis is a systemic bone metabolism disorder that causes damage to the microstructure of bone tissue and is prone to fragility fractures due to various reasons.TCM treatment mainly starts from deficiency of liver,spleen and kidney,but there is no good connection between TCM theory and modern scientific research.Intestinal microecology has been one of the hotspots in medical research in recent years,and many studies have reported that intestinal microecology is closely related to osteoporosis.Based on the literature of“linkage between spleen and small intestine”,this article started from modern research foundations and classic TCM theories,and clarified the correlation between spleen-intestine-osteoporosisby TCM,in order to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis by TCM,and provide references for related clinical research and treatment.
