专科护士再认证评价指标体系的构建

Construction of re-certification evaluation index system for specialist nurses

目的构建专科护士再认证评价指标体系,以期为专科护士再认证与考核评价提供参考依据。方法2020年5-8月通过文献回顾、专家访谈及小组讨论等方法初步构建专科护士再认证评价指标体系,采用德尔菲法对16名专家进行2轮咨询,完成指标筛选及权重设置。结果2轮专家咨询的权威系数分别为0.926和0.938,积极系数均为100%;最终形成的专科护士再认证评价指标体系包含5个一级指标,13个二级指标和53个三级指标;第2轮一、二、三级及总体指标专家意见协调系数分别为0.318、0.429、0.351和0.355(P<0.001)。结论本研究构建的专科护士再认证评价指标科学可靠、内容合理,可为专科护士再认证提供参考依据。

Objective To construct the re-certification evaluation index system for specialist nurses.Methods The study was based on literature review,theoretical analysis and group discussion for establishing indicator framework preliminarily.Delphi method was used to conduct 2 rounds of consultation with 16 experts to complete index selection and weight setting.Results The authority coefficients for 2 rounds of consultation were 0.926 and 0.938.The positive coefficients were all 100%.The final re-certification evaluation index system for specialist nurses included 5 first level indexes,13 second level indexes and 53 third level indexes.The coordination coefficients for three levels and overall index during the second round of consultation were 0.318,0.429,0.351,0.355(P<0.001).Conclusion The recertification valuation index system for specialist nurses is scientific and reliable,which can provide reference basis for recertification of specialist nurses.
