摘要
文中针对细胞培养皿因封口膜封闭而导致内部湿度无法精确控制的问题,使用STM32F103微处理器作为控制芯片,利用模糊PID控制算法,设计一个嵌入式无菌恒湿实验装置。该装置由培养皿舱室、加湿干燥舱室和控制舱室组成,其中,培养皿舱室内部是一个闭环循环系统,通过锁扣压紧舱门内部的密封圈,保证其内部的气密性和实验细胞不受外界干扰,其内部湿度实时状态通过传感器进行采集,并由4G无线网络上传至服务器,供后续科研实验。文中给出了主要模块硬件电路设计,使用了模糊PID算法。实验结果表明,文中给出的控制方法响应速度快,超调小,控制精度高。文中装置的实际湿度测量波动范围是±1%,满足实验需求。
In order to solve the problem that the humidity in cell⁃culture dish cannot be accurately controlled due to the sealing of the cell⁃culture dish,a sterile and constant humidity experimental device is designed,in which an STM32F103 microprocessor is taken as the control chip and the fuzzy PID control algorithm is adopted.The device consists of a petri dish compartment,a humidifying and drying compartment,and a control compartment.The inside of the petri dish compartment is a closed⁃loop circulation system.The sealing ring inside the compartment door is pressed tightly by a lock to ensure that the internal airtightness and experimental cells are not interfered by the outside environment.Its internal humidity real⁃time status is collected by sensors and uploaded to the server by 4G wireless network for subsequent scientific research experiments.The design of the hardware circuits of the main modules are given in this paper and the fuzzy PID algorithm is used in the design.Experimental results show that the control method proposed in this paper has fast response speed,small overshoot and high control accuracy.The fluctuation range of actual humidity measurement of this device is±1%,which meets the experimental needs.
