混合式教学模式在内分泌系统教学中的应用

Application of Blending Learning Model in Endocrine System Teaching

目的基于翻转课堂探讨混合式教学模式在内分泌系统教学中的应用。方法选取2018级临床医学专业教改班61名接受《内分泌系统》课程学习的学生,随机分为试验组与对照组。对照组采用常规的以课堂讲授为主的教学方法,试验组采用基于智慧树平台的混合式教学法。课程结束后,应用基础理论考试成绩、病例分析成绩及问卷调查评价教学效果。结果试验组与对照组的基础理论成绩差异无统计学意义,但试验组学生病例分析成绩明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),通过问卷调查结果显示试验组学生对混合式教学评价良好。结论将基于翻转课堂的混合式教学模式应用于内分泌系统的教学中,取得的教学效果优于传统的教学模式,符合我校临床应用型人才培养的目标,具有可行性。

Objective To investigate the application of the blending learning model based on flipped classroom in endocrine system teaching.Methods Totally 61 students major in clinical medicine who studied the course of Endocrine System were involved in our research,and they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group adopted the conventional classroom teaching method,the experiment group adopted the blended learning based on intelligent tree platform.At the end of the course,the results of basic theory examination,case analysis and questionnaire were used to evaluate the teaching effect.Results There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in basic theory,but the case analysis score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).The results of the questionnaire survey showed that the students in the experimental group had a good evaluation of blending teaching.Conclusion The blending learning model based on flipped classroom is applied to the teaching of endocrine system,and the teaching effect is better than the traditional teaching mode,which is feasible to meet the training goal of clinical application talents in our university.
